A great blend is not an accident — it's a deliberate act of curation. Our Holiday Blend brings together three origins that each contribute something the others cannot, creating a cup that is greater than the sum of its parts.
Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer and the backbone of countless great blends worldwide. Brazilian beans contribute a naturally smooth, low-acidity foundation with deep cocoa notes and a full, satisfying body — the kind of base that holds a blend together and makes every sip feel complete.
Peru — specifically from the highland growing regions of northern Peru — brings a silky sweetness and caramel complexity that lifts the blend and adds a mid-palate dimension that Brazil alone cannot provide. Peruvian coffees grown in clay mineral soil at altitude develop a natural sweetness and clean finish that integrates beautifully into a multi-origin blend.
India is one of coffee's most distinctive and underappreciated origins. Indian coffees — particularly from the country's southern growing regions — are known for their bold, full body, low acidity, and a characteristic spiced depth that adds warmth and complexity to any blend. Where Brazil provides the foundation and Peru provides the sweetness, India provides the soul.
The Craft
Blending is one of the most technically demanding disciplines in specialty coffee. Each origin has its own density, moisture content, and ideal roast point — and a blend that ignores those differences produces a cup where some beans are under-developed while others are over-roasted. We don't take shortcuts.
We roast our Holiday Blend small-batch, with each origin evaluated and profiled individually before blending.
