Returns
Because our coffee is freshly roasted to order, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans. However, if there is an issue with other product in your order (damage or incorrect item), please contact toolboxcoffeee@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds

Damaged Goods: If your gear arrives damaged, send a photo to our support team for a full refund or replacement.

Lost Packages: We will issue a refund or replacement for any orders that are confirmed lost by the carrier.
